Our report on Urban Vehicle Access Regulations (UVARs), launched in October 2022 with the support of Abertis Mobility Services, offers a practitioner-oriented overview of the recent evolution of UVARs across Europe. 

Covering diverse schemes such as low and zero-emission zones, congestion charging, and traffic limitation in public spaces; the report showcases best practices and provides recommendations on aspects related to regulation, planning, design, enforcement, as well as stakeholder and citizen involvement.   

These recommendations were developed during a custom mobility workshop involving more than 20 experts from the public and private sectors.
