Entrepreneurial Innovation Officer

In order to support the vision of creating more liveable urban spaces, EIT Urban Mobility is opening a call for applications for an Entrepreneurial Innovation Officer in EIT Urban Mobility – Innovation. The team will be responsible for the continuing development of the innovation portfolio, monitoring programmes, driving excellence and providing quality support and service to our innovation partners. Additionally, the innovation team has five Innovation Officers located in Innovation Hubs across Europe.

The Entrepreneurial Innovation Officer will report to the Innovation Director.

This includes the following tasks:

  • Call & tender management /response/documentation
  • Write, copy, and edit technical, operational, administrative content at Blue Chip level
  • Drafting presentations, rules and tenders according to EU regulations
  • Business Plan writing, review, and graphic skills
  • Adept at designing ICT tools/apps/video for agile process/procedures
  • Gravitas to organise and chair public and stakeholder meetings
  • Manage deliverables, milestones and reporting (technical and financial)
  • Stakeholder management, & community maintenance
  • Create statistics, graphics, charts and pivots from raw data and visual representation
  • Troubleshooting for partnership and community
  • External relations and communications
  • Commercial and business project delivery and reporting
  • Profit and Loss Management
