The Action Impact Group (AIG) is an 18-month pilot initiative by EIT Urban Mobility’s Innovation and Factory teams. The AIG pilot is designed to support partners and cutting-edge researchers and innovators in identifying, applying for, and securing regional, national, and European level funding for urban mobility projects.

The AIGs will align with the scope of EIT Urban Mobility to create more liveable urban spaces, tackle urban mobility challenges, and accelerate change and will be thematically organised to mirror core Challenge Areas. In the first year of the pilot, the initial AIG Challenge Areas will be Future Mobility and Sustainable City Logistics, followed by Public Realm and Active Mobility.

During the pilot, EIT Urban Mobility will assess the value financially and strategically to our community, in targeting external funding and supporting pre-TRL6 innovation and research.
