As part of the European Research and Innovation Days, which brings stakeholders together to shape future research and innovation policy, EIT Urban Mobility, together with EIT Digital, EIT Health and EIT Manufacturing presented their work on Artificial Intelligence (AI).

This session on 23 September (Hub 9) raised awareness on and disseminate the cross KIC policy report on Artificial Intelligence. The report, with input from scientific and policy literature and from experts including from the five participating EIT KICs (EIT Digital, EIT Urban Mobility, EIT Health, EIT Manufacturing and EIT Climate-KIC), identifies both general and sector specific concerns and opportunities for the further deployment of Artificial Intelligence in Europe. Four scenarios were proposed and assessed and discussed from which a set of possible policy levers to address the concerns and exploit the opportunities are presented.
