As Dr. Maria Tsavachidis has stepped down from her role as CEO, Mika Rytkönen has been appointed as interim CEO to guide the organisation through this transition period while the recruitment process for a new CEO is underway.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Tsavachidis for her exceptional leadership and commitment, which have been instrumental in shaping the achievements of EIT Urban Mobility to date.

During the transition period, Rytkönen will step back from his responsibilities as a member of the Supervisory Board. We look forward to the next phase of our journey and thank all stakeholders for their continued support.
