Our report on Demand Responsive Transport (DRT), launched in October 2022 with the support of Nemi, offers a practitioner-oriented overview of the potential and use cases DRT offers to improve social inclusion and sustainability of public transport systems in low-demand contexts.

Exploring various aspects such as costs and benefits, user uptake, as well as operations and business model; the report showcases best practices and provides recommendations on the planning, communication, and deployment of DRT services in line with citizens’ needs.

These recommendations were developed during a custom mobility workshop involving more than 20 experts from the public and private sectors.
