We are looking for a Procurement officer, who will support the Administration and Procurement Senior officer with day-by-day tasks.
The Procurement officer is part of the Finance Team. S/he will report directly to the Administration and Procurement Senior officer.
Main tasks will be:
- Support the preparation and coordinate different procurement processes in close collaboration with the members of the organisation
- Ensure the compliance of the procurement process with the EIT Urban Mobility procurement policy and process
- Enforcing the EIT Urban Mobility procurement policy and process by providing training
- Other ad-hoc projects
