With only 10 startups selected for 2025, Scaleup Mobility Programme offers a unique opportunity to supercharge your startup’s momentum and secure the capital and connections you need to grow.
Five strong innovation hubs across Europe have joined forces with EIT Urban Mobility to help scale the 10 mobility startups: CARNET-UPC in Barcelona, PowerHUB in Prague, UnternehmerTUM in Münich, DTU Science Park in Copenhagen, and Mobile World Capital Barcelona.

Participation Agreement: Startups must agree to sign the Participation Agreement (PA) if selected for the programme. The PA regulates applicants’ participation in ScaleUp Programme and the contribution to EIT Urban Mobility financial sustainability.
Due to its cross-thematic focus, applicants are suggested, but not limited to contribute to at least one of the following fields or areas:

Once logged in it is as easy as starting a new application and selecting the programme.
During your application you will have to fill in all compulsory fields.

Startups incorporated in EU27 or EU associated countries, according to the official list of countries by the European Union and third countries associated to Horizon Europe, are eligible.
This includes the following eligible countries:
