Representatives from municipalities, companies and the scientific community as well as mobility experts from inside and outside Germany will gather during polisMOBILITY conference.
The event aims to provide local authorities and stakeholders with tools to develop strategies and implement the mobility and energy transition at operational level. In addition to its presentation of innovative mobility solutions, the focus of the event will be on its conference programme, and the presence of many cities looking for their next mobility solutions.
EIT Urban Mobility, an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology, a body of the EU, will host a panel on the use of mobility data spaces in our European cities, and it will also launch its special expert group on the topic. This will allow to foster the exchange of experiences and project ideas, and to explore cooperation opportunities between the private sector, research institutes, EU institutions and – especially – cities. EIT Urban Mobility and 17 European partners have already identified more than 400 mobility data spaces existing throughout Europe.
EIT Urban Mobility’s booth through the three full days: Exhibition Hall (citySQUARE) Hall 1.2 | Stand: D018/E019. Although created only in 2019, EIT Urban Mobility is already working with more than 30 organisations and more than 40 start-ups in Germany alone.
