By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility (hereinafter referred to as “EIT UM”) is seeking professional support for the performance of annual external audits of its operational processes throughout the duration of the contract. The provider (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”) shall conduct one external audit during each contract year. The first audit shall cover the period from November 2025 to October 2026, with each subsequent audit covering the corresponding 12‑month contract year. This document, together with its annexes, constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for the procurement of auditing and consulting services.
