By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support for Writing and Photo services, by appointing a provider (hereinafter being referred to as “Provider”). This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of writing and photo services.
In order to promote awareness and disseminate its activities, EIT Urban Mobility produces several pieces of content each year, both written and visual. Corporate materials focused on the company’s activities, such as Impact Stories, help to illustrate both through text and imagery the pilots, programmes and startups that comprise EIT Urban Mobility’s activities. EIT Urban Mobility needs a multimedia provider to both write content and take photographs, on location, for these kinds of deliverables.
