By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support for strengthening its presence in Luxembourg, by appointing a qualified service provider (hereinafter being referred to as “contractor”). This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of stakeholder engagement, event coordination and ecosystem development.
Luxembourg represents a key ecosystem within EIT Urban Mobility’s wider European network, bringing together cities, public authorities, industry actors, research organisations, and innovation intermediaries. Strengthening engagement within this ecosystem is considered instrumental to EIT Urban Mobility’s mission to accelerate the transition towards sustainable, inclusive, and efficient urban mobility solutions.
