By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support for Video Production Services, by appointing a provider (hereinafter being referred to as “Provider”). This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of writing and proofreading services
In order to promote awareness and disseminate its activities, EIT Urban Mobility produces several videos each year covering piloted projects, programmes and initiatives. These videos, recorded on-location, feature interviews with partners, staff, and any other relevant stakeholders, as well as feature the innovative solution itself. The longer-form videos (maximum 3 minutes long) should come with a short-form clip to be promoted on social media (to be delivered in vertical format), and additional photographs taken on site. Thus, EIT Urban Mobility needs a video production provider to fully produce these videos, from pre-production to post-production, under EIT Urban Mobility’s supervision.
