Request for proposals: videography services for innovation projects

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility (hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”) is seeking professional support (hereinafter being referred to as “Supplier”) to create 5 videos of projects from the Innovation Programme portfolio.  This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of business-specific web development.

The general objective of this Request for Proposals (RfP) is the creation of different videographic content for EIT Urban Mobility’s Innovation Programme. The content will take the form of videos to showcase mobility solutions developed by start-ups/SMEs and project consortia in cities across Europe. The content will be used in various communication channels with the goal of promoting projects and related activities of EIT Urban Mobility.  

To create the videographic content, EIT Urban Mobility’s Innovation Programme wishes to partner with a videographer that has experience filming and editing content to produce and deliver tailored made videos of the projects.
