Request for proposals: Study on energy and TEN-T policy framework

EIT Urban Mobility seeks a provider to conduct a short study on energy, transport infrastructure, and TEN-T policy framework. This would consider technology trends and potential impact of EU regulations and cross-border projects in this area.

Study had the three main sections:

• Conduct an in-depth desk-based assessment policy framework, providing background information pertinent to the subject matters.
• Undertake primary research in with some preidentified lead/ experts in the area.
• Assessment of upcoming Horizon Programme and Infrastructure investment mechanisms

Applicants are expected to provide a detailed methodology explaining how they will deliver answers to the study’s main objectives.
