Request for proposals: Statutory Auditor 2025-2027 - IH North

By the present procurement procedure, the EIT Urban Mobility In-novation Hub North ApS, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM” or “IH North” aims to appoint Statutory Auditors (hereinafter being referred to as “the Contractor”) who will be responsible for the statutory audit and certification of the accounts of the EIT Urban Mobility In-novation Hub North ApS, for the fiscal years 2025-2027.

EIT IH North closes its accounts on 31 December of each year. 

A more detailed description of the audit tasks and expected deliverables can be found in section 2.2 of this document. It shall be noted that EIT UM, as part of the EIT, is funded by the European Commission.  As such, all principles around financial rules and regulations are governed by Horizon Europe rules and principles.
