Request for proposals: Software for Document Automation

Within the framework of its activities, EIT UM continuously deals with document creation processes, including drafting, negotiating, and signing. This document creation and management processes entail some administrative routine work, constituting a heavy low value workload for the teams involved. 

Therefore, in order to increase the efficiency of its processes and implement innovative methods in its daily work, EIT UM is looking for a provider of a software automation tool that would allow it to automatize documents, in particular contracts, as well as managing the negotiation and signature of these.
