Request for proposals: Selection of Tax and Legal Services 2024

The present request for proposals is composed of two work packages to provide legal assessment to the EIT Urban Mobility Association, EIT KIC Urban Mobility S.L.U, EIT Urban Mobility Foundation and EIT Urban Mobility South, S.L. (hereby being jointly referred to as “EIT UM”).

EIT UM is expecting to appoint one single provider for the two work packages (hereinafter, the provider is hereby being referred to as “the Contractor” or “Tenderer”) of services described below.

The request for proposals is to cover the following two areas:

1. WP1: Tax advisory services. The Contractor will be responsible for providing TAX advice services to EIT UM in the specific areas described in Clause 2.3.

• WP 2: Legal advisory services: The Contractor will be responsible for providing specific LEGAL services to EIT UM in the specific areas described in Clause 2.3.
