Request for Proposals: Selection of legal services 2022

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility is aiming to identify a provide to provide legal labour advisory services to EIT Urban Mobility. The Contractor will be responsible for providing recurrent legal advice on the following areas upon request (list is non-exhaustive):

• Advice on teleworking agreements / policies

• Advice on working hours and travel policies

• Advice on employment contracts

• Advice on dismissals

• Other advice in areas such as employees’ benefits, dismissals, policy drafting, legal employees’ representatives, new regulations, etc.
