Request for Proposals: Selection of commercial contracts advisor

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility is expecting to appoint one sole provider for the realisation of the services.

The general objective of these services is to provide legal assessment focus on contractual law, by drafting agreements for the procurement area, in order to conclude the regular process of each request for proposals. As these services are included in the procurement process, EIT Urban Mobility procurement rules must be considered.
