Request for proposals: Scouting and outreach activities for Raptor 2025

By the present procurement procedure, the EIT KIC Urban Mobility S.L. hereby being referred to as “the EIT UM” or as “EIT UM” is aiming to procure scouting and outreach activities to identify potential solution providers for fifteen urban mobility challenges which have been identified in collaboration with cities participating in the RAPTOR programme 2025. The selected tenderer will be requested to compile a list of innovative startups with suitable technical solutions for each of the fifteen predefined city challenges. Required data points to be included in the list are company name, founding year, website, HQ geography, short description of the kind of solution provided, and the contact information of the CEO, CFO, CIO, or any other relevant executive role, including name, position, email, and LinkedIn profile link.  The selected tenderer will also be requested to conduct outreach on behalf of EIT UM, notifying the startup contact of relevant opportunities with the RAPTOR programme, and respond to basic queries regarding the programme.
