By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereby being referred to as “the EIT UM”, wants to appoint a company, hereby being referred to as “the provider”, to provide an annual licensing and support for a sales tool solution (WP1) to enhance the productivity of the sales team, maximise the return on investment (ROI) from the marketing strategy through social selling, and to work with a large professional networking platform.
EIT Urban Mobility currently has 10 sales managers who will use this solution. The staff is primarily based at the headquarters office in Barcelona (Catalonia, Spain), however, EIT UM also has employees at the following locations:
There are Work Packages (WP) included in the present request for proposal. Each WP will be invoiced separately. The first WP is the provisioning of the sales tool annual licenses for 10 employees. The second WP includes expert support for the procured tool and additional developments and training that may be required.
(*): the number listed is the minimum number of users for the years 2024 and 2025.
Additional users may be required with the corresponding cost increase.
The following sections of this document will assume Work Packages 1 & 2 as a whole.
