Request for proposals: Provision of catering services

EIT Urban Mobility requires catering services for a Gala dinner event that the entity is organising in Barcelona on 8 November 2023.

The Gala dinner is an exclusive – by invitation only – event where all EIT urban Mobility European partners, political representatives and members of the European Union have the opportunity to gather and take part in a high-level networking session.

The event will be held at “La Llotja de Mar” and EIT Urban Mobility is expecting approximately 150 guests from different European locations.
