Request for Proposals: Professional congress organiser

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub South and EIT Urban Mobility S.L.U are aiming to identify a supplier to provide support for different types of events organised, co-organised and participated by both EIT Urban Mobility Hub South and EIT Urban Mobility, as per definition listed in section 2.2 of the request of proposal document (see below).

EIT Urban Mobility Hub South operates in Southern Europe, being responsible for the market development in the countries Portugal, Spain, France, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Bosnia, and Albania. Headquarters EIT Urban Mobility organises, co-organises, attends and participates in different events in some of these countries to strengthen the relationships between partners and create new business opportunities. These events play a vital role in the life of the above-mentioned organisations. EIT Urban Mobility aims to generate brand-awareness and create possibilities of exploring and opening new markets to develop new connections and networks and position EIT Urban Mobility as leader in the mobility sector.

Even though most of the service requests mentioned in section 2.2. are related to the logistical part of an event, creativity and new ideas are extremely valuable and will be considered as a plus. The selected supplier must have an active approach, propose ideas and discard others if it does not fit the needs of the event. Overall, EIT Urban Mobility Hub South and EIT Urban Mobility are seeking a problem-solving, dynamic, motivated and passionate supplier with a flexible, adaptive and resourceful approach.
