Request for proposals: Process designers and facilitators

7 June 2024

EIT Urban Mobility would like to select at least 2 experienced process designers and facilitators to design and facilitate interactive workshops and co-creation sessions in line with the theme and concept of the EIT EdTech Conference 2025 as well as act as the MCs for the event, working in close collaboration with EIT Urban Mobility.

The main objective of the EIT EdTech Conference is to offer the platform for a high-level discussion between different EdTech stakeholders on the state of EdTech in Europe, existing challenges, and opportunities to make it a key driver in education, particularly in higher education, lifelong learning, and executive education.

A specific aim of the Conference is to bridge the gap between the EdTech industry and the EIT Community, exploring how existing technologies can support innovative teaching and learning methods. This will help students and learners acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to adapt to new working environments and address societal challenges. By bringing together the EIT Community with public and private sectors, the conference seeks to identify synergies, foster collaboration, and establish effective public-private partnerships.

Therefore, the conference objectives include:

  • Position the EIT community as the central instrument for uniting stakeholders to advance the EdTech agenda in Europe.
  • Creating a comprehensive overview and roadmap for EdTech in Europe, detailing the current state, needs, challenges, solutions, and available resources.
  • Producing tangible outcomes from the event, such as the EIT EdTech Conference 2025 Report and a roadmap towards 2026.
  • Fostering collaboration and partnerships among diverse stakeholders to drive collective action.
