EIT Urban Mobility is looking for a provider to deliver consultancy services for our organizational efficiency, ensuring alignment between strategy and organisation design, lean and efficient processes (already set up by the current provider), and stakeholder understanding. The potential bidder will work under the management of the current provider. The consultancy services will be on several projects on demand.
Detailed scope of work
Discovery and analytics:
- Interview key stakeholders to understand different perspectives and consolidate to identify key themes
- Determine methodology to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of performance in selected business functions / core business processes
- Review available documentation to determine issues and opportunities (e.g. organisational charts, employee / partner survey results) and assimilate common themes
Design:
- Introduce effective tools to manage the project, with the in-house teams
- Develop change management plan to encapsulate the shifts required including stakeholder mapping, current vs. future state assessments, and appropriate tools to close the gaps
- Introduce behavioural science and other techniques to influence key stakeholders
Development:
- Facilitate workshops to design appropriate solutions
- Provide subject-matter expertise (SME) support to the workstream teams where required
- Enable the core change team and steering group to make key design decisions through the process
- Delivery
- Deliver training to increase in-house capabilities to deliver the transformation
- Establish monitoring and reporting, to enable the Core Change Team, Steering Group and Management Team to oversee and steer delivery
- Facilitate development of the leadership story for the management team to tell consistently
- Create alignment amongst the management team and other senior leadership groups
Implementing a new subscription model:
- Develop a financial model
- Develop KPIs to measure performance
- Introduce lean, standard processes across the organisation
- Develop the change management plan to more from the current to desired future state, working with the inhouse HR team
- Support development of the communications plan, working with the in-house comms team
- Developing KPIs and targets
- Establishing governance across the programme
- Sequencing the delivery plan
