Request for proposals: Online Events Platform

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter also being referred to as “EIT UM”, is aiming to identify a supplier who can provide an online events platform tailored to the needs and requirements of EIT UM events.

EIT UM organises and co-organises different events all around Europe to position the company as the reference for urban mobility, to engage with its current partners and facilitate connections, knowledge-sharing and networking possibilities among its stakeholders, including fostering their participation to EIT UM’s calls for proposals. These events can take place online, hybrid or face-to-face.

Online event platforms suppliers are invited to tender for the provision of a software to support the organisation of these events.
