Request for Proposals: Mobile communications provider 2023

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility is aiming to procure the yearly contract with a telecommunications services company to provide mobile network and internet services in all European countries.

EIT Urban Mobility currently has over 90 employees, mostly based at the Headquarter office in Barcelona (Catalonia, Spain) with 65 SIMs in use and over 60 handsets acquired between 2020 and present day. For the present year it is planned to increase the number of employees, so it will be required to provide additional SIMs and mobile phones.

There are two work packages (WPs) included in the present request for proposal. Each WP will be invoiced separately. The first one is the provisioning of mobile subscriptions for all EIT Urban Mobility employees.  The second WP includes the purchase of SIM-unlocked smartphones with Warranty and Support services included.

• WP 1: Spanish mobile phone subscriptions (only SIM card, unlimited calls and 30GB/month data)
• WP 2: Pool of SIM-unlocked smartphones (one Android model and one iOS model) for buying on demand with Warranty and Support service included.
