Request for proposal:

Management of subsidised trainings and health and safety compliance '26-'28

By the present procurement procedure, EIT KIC Urban Mobility S.L.U, EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub South S.L and EIT Urban Mobility Foundation, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, aims to identify a service provider, hereinafter being referred to as “Provider”, to deliver the following services for the headquarters in Barcelona and employees based in Spain:

• Work Package 1 (WP1):
  • Deliverable A) Management and administration of subsidised trainings with FUNDAE (Fundación Estatal para la Formación en el Empleo).
• Work Package 2 (WP2):
  • Deliverable B) Health and safety compliance for technical areas, including workplace safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, and applied psychosociology, as well as health surveillance.
  • Deliverable C) Provision of medical check-ups for employees, in accordance with applicable Spanish legislation.
