Key IT systems support '26-'28

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility (hereinafter referred to as “EIT UM”) seeks to engage a qualified NetSuite solution provider (hereinafter referred to as “the Supplier”) to deliver expert consultancy, technical support, and development services.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to secure professional services for the continuous enhancement and maintenance of EIT UM’s NetSuite environment, including the ERP system, CRM module, customised Grant Management module, and the Academy module supporting the Master School.

The RFP includes two distinct Work Packages (WP), each managed and invoiced separately:

WP1: NetSuite Expert Support, Advisory, and Custom Developments

• Provision of continuous expert consultancy, technical support, and enhancement services across ERP, CRM, and Grant Management modules. This includes additional CRM developments and integrations that may arise during the contract period.

WP2: NetSuite Expert Support for the Academy Solution

• Provision of dedicated consultancy and technical support for the custom NetSuite solution developed for the Academy department. This includes maintenance, enhancements, and new feature developments as requested by EIT UM.
