Request for proposals: Expert support for the innovation programme

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support, hereinafter being referred to as “expert”,  to further develop and operationalise the 2025-2026 roadmap for EIT UM Innovation Programme. This work will focus on two main goals:

• Accelerating the market uptake of supported new products, solutions and services through strategies that support Innovative Public Procurement in cities/public buyers;
• Developing evidence-based value propositions for the Innovation Programme within key mobility areas such as Connected, Cooperative, and Automated Mobility (CCAM), Mobility Data Spaces, Transport Decarbonisation or Urban Mobility Resilience, among others.

EIT UM is looking for an expert(s) that will support the Innovation team in maximising the impact of our programmes. Key activities include, but are not restricted to, delivering workshops and training sessions, reviewing documentation and providing one-to-one advice to both EIT UM and cities/public buyers involved in innovation activities on technology strategies for the mobility sector and their integration into innovative public procurement policies and practices.
