Request for proposals: Events agency - Supernovas Slush side event 2025

The purpose of this procurement is to support the organisation of the Supernovas Slush Side Event, a high-level gathering to be held in Helsinki on 18 November 2025, during the Slush week. Slush is one of the most founder-focused events as well as one of the largest global gatherings of venture capitalists, attracting over 13,000 participants annually.

The Supernovas initiative is a joint effort by EIT Food, EIT Manufacturing, and EIT Urban Mobility to bring more women into the entrepreneurship ecosystem. It seeks to empower women-led start-ups, enable women to enter and grow within the early-stage investment sector, and inspire new female role models across the innovation and tech landscape.

By co-organising this Supernovas Slush side event at Slush, EIT Urban Mobility aims to:

• Amplify the visibility of female-led innovation and start-ups;
• Facilitate meaningful B2B connections between start-ups and investors committed to inclusive entrepreneurship;
• Showcase the impact of the Supernovas programme as a catalyst for gender equity within European innovation ecosystems;
• Position EIT Urban Mobility and EIT Supernovas as an active promoter of diversity and inclusion in entrepreneurship and investment.

These objectives will be carried out in close collaboration with the selected Event Agency, which must demonstrate a strong track record in organising impactful events in Finland and in engaging diverse stakeholder groups. The Agency will be responsible for the concept development, event production, logistics, and on-site coordination; to ensure a professional and engaging experience for all participants..
