Request for Proposals: Event planning and management support services for EIT EdTech conference

EIT Urban Mobility aims to select an experienced event planning and management support services agency to organise the EIT EdTech Conference in close collaboration with EIT Urban Mobility and the EdTech expert selected to curate the programme and content of the sessions.

The main objective of the EIT EdTech Conference is to offer the platform for a high-level discussion between different EdTech stakeholders on the state of EdTech in Europe, existing challenges and opportunities to make it a key driver in education, particularly in higher education, lifelong learning and executive education. The involvement of the EIT Community, including its more than 200 education and training partners, counting HEIs and the private sector, is crucial to ensure that this conference supports the wider education policy initiatives and objectives of the EU in EdTech and to position EIT at the forefront of these discussions.

A specific ambition for this conference is to bring the EdTech industry closer to the EIT Community to explore how existing technologies can support new teaching and learning methods, successfully helping students/learners acquiring the knowledge and skills required to adapt to new ways of working and to solve pressing societal challenges. By bringing the EIT Community together with the public and private sectors, it is expected that synergies and avenues for collaboration are identified and effective public-private partnerships are established.
