Request for proposals: Event Management Services for Partners' Day 2024

EIT KIC Urban Mobility S.L.U., hereby also being referred to as “EIT UM”, consists of a network of over 250 partners, who are Europe’s leading companies, research, and education institutions and cities. They all support outreach, are actively engaged via the Innovation Hubs and cover the complete value chain from vehicle and traffic technologies to urban planning, data services, energy, retail, financial services, and engineering.

Events are an important component of EIT UM communications strategy and play a pivotal role and channel for disseminating the success and impact of EIT UM´s activities.

By the present procurement procedure, EIT UM is seeking professional support for the planning, organisation, and execution of Partners’ Day, which will take place in Prague, Czechia, over the course of two days, respectively on 12 and 13 March 2024.

The main objective is to gather all EIT UM Partners from different European locations under one roof and organize a 2-day event designed just for them.

Event: 12 and 13 March 2024 – PARTNERS’ DAY 2024

EIT UM aims at reaching the following objectives with this event:

• Reinforce the strong feeling of community and belonging to the EIT Urban Mobility community for all our partners.

• Awareness of how powerful our community is – we are European, and we have the main actors in the sector.
• Exclusivity event – only for our partners – only for the selected.
• Hook event: to transform potential leads to become EIT Urban Mobility Partners. Some of our ready-to-be partners will also be invited to the event.

It is foreseen to organise this type of event on a yearly basis in different European locations connected to our respective areas of reach through our hubs. 2022 edition took place in Barcelona (Spain) and 2023 edition took place in Amsterdam (The Netherlands).
