By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub East, (hereby being referred to as “EIT UM”) is seeking a Supplier (hereby being referred to as “Supplier”) to deliver strategic support services in the areas of event planning, organisation, delivery and visibility including Public Affairs, Public Relations, Stakeholder Engagement, and Media Relations. The aim is to strengthen EIT UM’s brand presence and outreach activities in the field of sustainable urban mobility, with a particular focus on the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region, especially Romania and Moldova.
The objective of the services is to increase EIT UM’s visibility and impact across selected public events, targeted bilateral meetings with key stakeholders, and relevant national and regional media channels, ensuring consistency with EIT UM’s strategic priorities and messaging.
Through these activities, the Supplier shall support the development and consolidation of relationships with key ecosystem actors, including public authorities, municipalities, universities, research organisations, companies, and industry associations. The services shall also contribute to raising awareness of collaboration opportunities and identifying potential partners for EIT UM innovation, startup, and academy programmes, with the broader aim of expanding the EIT UM ecosystem across the CEE region.
