Request for proposals: Event agency for IH West

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub West (hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”) is seeking for an Event Agency (hereinafter being referred to as “Agency”).  This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT UM for a potential procurement of services related to these events. 

EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub West aims to strengthen its presence in Belgium in 2025 by participating in leading events and knowledge exchanges relevant to the mobility transition. The objective is to engage strategically with key stakeholders in the Belgian mobility and urban innovation ecosystem — including Ministries and Departments, Cities, Public Authorities, Industry Partners, and Research Organisations. Through participation in, or co-organisation of, three targeted events, EIT Urban Mobility seeks to:

• Strengthen ties with the Belgian Urban Mobility and Smart City Community;
• Engage with existing Belgian partners and stakeholders;
• Identify and connect with potential new partners and innovators;
• Raise visibility of EIT Urban Mobility activities and funding opportunities in Belgium;
• Position EIT Urban Mobility as a thought leader in sustainable urban mobility.

These activities will be carried out in cooperation with the selected Event Agency, which has a strong track record in future-oriented innovation processes, stakeholder engagement, and event facilitation within the Belgian mobility landscape.
