Request for proposals: Enhancements for the evaluation tool

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional IT support for developing new modules and enhancements of the Evaluation Tool, by appointing a service provider (hereinafter being referred to as “Provider”). This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of business specific web development.

EIT Urban Mobility aims to identify a provider to provide strategic improvements that enhance the user experience, design, functionality, and overall performance of the Evaluation Tool.  This is a tool used for managing the evaluation of the call for proposals launched by EIT Urban Mobility.
