Request for proposals: EIT Urban Mobility country representative in Lithuania

By the present procurement procedure, the EIT Urban Mobility S.L., (hereby being referred to as “EIT UM”) is expecting to appoint one sole provider (hereby being referred to as “the contractor”) for sourcing professional services on national capacity building to EIT Urban Mobility to find and support local talent in Lithuania during the period 2025-2026. The activities include the outreach to the national ecosystem of innovators and the support for their successful connection to the EIT Urban Mobility wider European ecosystem and programmes.

As described in more detail below, the main objectives of the requested national capacity building service are the following:

1. Raise awareness in Lithuania for the EIT Urban Mobility activities
2. Strategic support to EIT Urban Mobility
3. Support to the national innovator community engagement in EIT Urban Mobility’s programmes
4. Beyond the above thematic services, if additional results are achieved, a variable remuneration will be applied according to Annex 3

The selected service provider should cooperate as a member of the EIT Community Hub in Lithuania, therefore the coordination with the EIT Community Officer in Lithuania, which is supporting the EIT Community Hub in Lithuania, is a must requirement.
