EIT KIC Urban Mobility S.L. (hereinafter referred to as “EIT Urban Mobility”) is conducting this procurement procedure to identify and engage qualified Urban Mobility Content Experts, individuals or companies, (hereinafter referred to as “Suppliers”). These Suppliers will support content-related activities associated with the Competence Hub throughout the years 2024 and 2025.
EIT Urban Mobility seeks content expertise primarily for the purposes of identifying, generating, developing, and/or structuring relevant learning content for the creation, update, or upgrade of courses in collaboration with the Competence Hub to ensure the content meets established quality standards and aligns with relevant learning objectives.
In addition to course content development, selected Suppliers may also be requested to participate in other activities such as course delivery and engagement activities with learners: those activities emphases on enhancing the learning experience, fostering engagement, and supporting learners’ holistic development and career advancement – Digital Communication activities: those activities involve developing and executing digital content to promote the Competence Hub activities and enhance brand visibility – and/or Business Development – Professional School activities: leveraging the extensive course portfolio of the Competence Hub to support the development of new collaborative ventures and innovative learning formats.
This procurement procedure is open to both freelancers and companies. Suppliers will be evaluated based on the submitted curriculum vitae (CV) of the nominated content expert(s).
This procurement procedure is a multiple-winner procedure. Being selected as part of the pool of content expert Suppliers does not guarantee project assignments. However, shortlisted candidates may be contacted by EIT Urban Mobility on a project-by-project basis, based on their specific expertise and the needs of the individual project regardless of the type of work package. The purpose of this agreement is to establish a readily available pool of qualified content experts to support the ongoing activities of the
Competence Hub.
To apply, Suppliers (individuals or companies) must submit a detailed CV of the nominated content expert(s) demonstrating their relevant expertise and experience in Urban Mobility, and their ability to contribute to achieving the objectives outlined in this Request for Proposal. Suppliers are encouraged to include any additional information they consider relevant.
