Request for proposals Digital & private platform for urban mobility startups

By the present procurement procedure, the EIT KIC Urban Mobility S.L., hereby being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking to contract support to work closely with the Growth Lab team working at the Impact Ventures Department on a digital and private platform for urban mobility startups.

Impact Ventures aims to become the reference in the market for supporting and funding gender-balanced start-ups within urban mobility. Our instruments are:

• Funding through grants and equity investments
• Knowledge and training through partner-led programmes
• Networking and hot lead introductions through dedicated support to our equity portfolio companies.

We support the lifecycle of start-ups and scale-ups through the phases of incubation, acceleration, and growth through our own investment activities. We especially help start-ups and scale-ups matchmaking with living labs and pilot opportunities with cities in our partner network. Our investment policy strives at achieving a strong growing venture equity portfolio, with equal weight on impact and financial return.

Impact Ventures Department wants to digitalise the way they add value to Horizon Europe urban mobility start-ups and scaleups. The aim is to offer a private Digital Platform where these ventures would get access to opportunities shared by EIT Urban Mobility and where they could collaborate (e.g., share skills and knowledge).

The ambition of this online community is to become the leading platform in Europe for start-ups working in the urban mobility field for finding opportunities of growth related to business, fundings and talent.
