Request for Proposals: Consulting services for an evaluation of social impact of the Innovation programme project portfolio

EIT Urban Mobility is seeking to appoint one provider to support and evaluate the social impact of the Innovation programme project portfolio from across the period 2020 to 2022.

We are looking for a provider with expertise and experience in designing and conducting project reviews and evaluations, and that is familiar with the area of urban mobility.

The evaluation should cover a selection of projects, approximately 15 in total from 2020, 2021 and 2022. An evaluation of the first three years of funded projects will provide basis for future strategic changes to the Innovation programme.
