Request for proposals: Catering services gala dinner

By the present procurement procedure, the EIT KIC Urban Mobility S.L., hereby being referred to as “EIT UM”, is aiming to identify a supplier, hereby being referred to as the “Contractor”, to provide the catering services for the Gala Dinner event that the entity is organising in Barcelona on 5 November 2025.

EIT UM co-organises, together with Fira Barcelona, the Tomorrow.Mobility event, our flagship event. On the second day of the event, 5 November 2025, EIT Urban Mobility will organise a Gala Dinner for selected EIT Urban Mobility guests.

The Gala Dinner is an exclusive, invitation only event where all EIT Urban Mobility European partners, political representatives, and members of the European Union enjoy a high‐level networking session.  

This year, the event will be held at the “Museu Marítim de Barcelona”; we expect 170 guests from different European locations.
