Request for proposals: B2G module for startups

25 July 2024

EIT Urban Mobility is seeking qualified service provider to deliver a comprehensive 3-day bootcamp module designed specifically for urban mobility startups focusing on Business to Government (B2G) with ready-to-be-commercialised solutions.

The objective of this B2G module is to equip startups with the necessary skills, knowledge, and strategies to effectively engage and collaborate with government entities. Startups often face unique challenges in the B2G sector, such as navigating complex procurement processes, understanding regulatory environments, and building sustainable public-private partnerships. The B2G module intends to address these challenges by providing targeted intensive training to urban mobility startups.

Key goals include enhancing startups’ understanding of government operations, improving their ability to pitch and negotiate with public sector clients, scale revenue models for B2G, matchmake with municipalities and public bodies/administrations (mobility operators, transport managers, urban planners). Ultimately, the bootcamp will empower startups to effectively speed up the commercialisation of their solutions within the urban mobility sector through effective B2G engagement.
