Printing and Merchandise Services

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support by appointing a provider (hereinafter being referred to as “the Supplier” or “Tenderer”) to deliver services related to printing and merchandise needs until the end of 2026. This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of printing and merchandise.

The purpose of this request is to identify a suitable supplier to provide all required printing materials and merchandise for EIT UM’s events and daily operations, including transportation to EIT UM’s offices or event locations.

EIT UM regularly participates in third-party events across Europe and also organises its own internal and external events throughout the year. As a result, EIT UM has ongoing needs for printing and merchandise that must be reliably fulfilled.

One of the key events co-organised by EIT UM that requires significant printing and merchandise support is the Tomorrow Mobility World Congress, held annually in Barcelona. The 2025 edition is scheduled to take place from 4^thto 7^thNovember.
