Platform for dealflow and portfolio management '26-'28

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking a service provider to provide a platform for managing various dealflow pipelines related to startups simultaneously while also providing the tools to manage and storing data related to startups in which EIT UM has invested.

EIT UM aims to be recognised as the leading social, environmental, and financial impact investor in sustainable urban mobility entrepreneurs in Europe. The proposed Dealflow & Portfolio
Management platform will support the optimisation of internal workflows, daily activity tracking, and external communications, as well as enable visualisation and monitoring of the progress of EIT UM’s portfolio.

This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of Dealflow & Portfolio Management through a digital platform supporting investment activities and startup data management.
