By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub North ApS, hereinafter referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking to organise the EIT Urban Mobility North Summit 2026 conference in Oslo, Norway, by procuring venues to host the event (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”). The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1, covering the event venue for the conference programme on day 1, including the provision of catering and AV support; and Lot 2, covering the venue for the conference dinner. This document, along with its annexes, constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for the potential procurement of these services for the EIT Urban Mobility North Summit 2026.
The EIT Urban Mobility North Summit 2026 is a high-level conference taking place in Oslo, Norway, on 9th – 10th September 2026, around the theme of sustainable public transport and shared mobility innovation in cities. The event will bring together over 100 representatives from municipalities, public transport authorities, mobility companies and universities from across the Nordic and Baltic region. The event is a high-level summit where participants hear from leading experts and innovators, engage in interactive workshops and site visits, and spark new project ideas and collaborations.
For EIT Urban Mobility, this event, which is part of an annual series of events, is a highly impactful way to position itself in the Nordic-Baltic region, strengthen relations with local stakeholders, and generate new leads and business opportunities.
