Nationaal Mobiliteit Congres and National OV Congres ´26-28

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub West (hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”) is seeking professional support (hereinafter being referred to as “Supplier” or “Provider”) for a partnership at the Nationaal Congres Mobiliteit and Nationaal OV Congres for 2026-2027-2028. This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT UM for a potential procurement of services related to this event.

EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub West aims to participate as Gold Partner at two national congresses in the Netherlands for each years 2026-2027-2028: one Mobility related, and one Public Transport related. Additionally, EIT UM aims at one additional Advertorial next to the package offered.  The events will occur in April-May and September-October 2026-2027-2028, depending on optimal event planning in year of execution.  

The Nationaal Mobiliteit Congres and National OV Congres will be two of the most prominent national events in the Dutch public mobility sector. These congresses gather key decision-makers and professionals from municipalities, provinces, national government, transport operators, consultancies, and academia. Our participation will provide direct visibility and engagement with the Dutch-speaking mobility ecosystem.

Through this partnership, EIT Urban Mobility will:

• Raise brand awareness in the Netherlands and Belgium;
• Reach the Dutch public mobility sector, including cities, PTAs and PTOs;
• Engage with existing Dutch and Flemish partners;
• Prospect new stakeholders for our programmes;
• Share our knowledge as thought leaders on urban mobility;
• Promote our role as a European knowledge and innovation platform.
