IH East Office Rental '26-'28

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub East s.r.o. (hereby being referred to as “EIT UM” or “Tenant”) is seeking to select the most suitable offer (hereinafter also referred to as the “Participant” or “Tenderer”) for the conclusion of a lease agreement for office space for EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub Central GmbH.

The selection procedure shall be conducted in an open and transparent manner to identify suitable premises for the tenant’s activities and a reliable landlord.

The lease agreement will be concluded between the successful Tenderer, as lessor, and firm EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub East s.r.o., as the lessee. The company EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub East, s.r.o. is established under the Czech law.
