External Support - Agile Innovation '26-'28

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support for the provision of project coordination and operational services across its Agile Innovation activities. The objective is to appoint a qualified freelance external expert with a strong academic background in urban planning — preferably holding a PhD in a related field — capable of supporting the smooth implementation of programmes such as SME Market Expansion and City RAPTOR (hereinafter referred to as the “external expert”).

This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of urban mobility, project implementation, urban planning, programme management.
