By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility (hereinafter referred to as “EIT UM”) is seeking professional support for its EU Affairs activities by appointing a single provider (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”). The Provider shall be based in or near Brussels, Belgium, in order to ensure close proximity to relevant EU institutions and stakeholders. This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of Public Affairs.
Through this RFP, EIT Urban Mobility provides the necessary information to help tenderers gain a clear understanding of the scope of services and all requirements for submitting a suitable proposal. The submitted tender should be clear and comprehensive enabling EIT Urban Mobility to fully assess the tenderer’s background, approach to client collaboration, proposed expertise and services, and overall delivery capability.
